Description
The City of Pasadena, through Pasadena Water and Power (PWP), is soliciting proposals for design-build services for solar and energy storage installations at multiple Category 1 City-owned properties. The scope includes evaluation, engineering, design, permitting, procurement, construction, interconnection, commissioning, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The project supports Pasadena's goal to source 100% of its electricity from carbon-free resources by 2030 and aims for completion by June 2028.
