The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro (U.S. Department of State), is soliciting preventative maintenance services for its fuel management system. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy in Podgorica, Contracting Officer: Karl Lohse - Scope of Services: - Annual preventive maintenance and testing of the entire fuel management system compound, including: - Underground fuel storage tanks - Fuel pumps - Control systems - Preparation and submission of technical check reports and permits each year - Services to be performed by trained technicians, with all necessary materials and equipment provided by the contractor - Compliance with security and safety standards is required - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price contract - One base year with four one-year option periods (total of up to five years) - One service visit per year (minimum and maximum) - Repairs and emergency services are excluded from this contract but may be separately contracted - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or brands are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and technical expertise - Annual technical documentation and permitting are required - Contractor must comply with embassy security and safety protocols
Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Fuel Management System PMSC. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and e-mail it to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov .
Deadline for questions: by noon (local time/CEST) on August 3, 2026. Submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. Answers will be posted on SAM.gov where the solicitation is publicized. It is your responsibility to monitor the web page for any new information which may be posted until the solicitation response date.
Deadline for submission of quotations: noon (local time/CEST) on August 17, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted via e-mail to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov, indicating the solicitation number 19MJ1926Q0004. No quotations will be accepted after noted deadline.
