Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) requests proposals from qualified accounting firms to provide public accounting, auditing, and related advisory services. Services include auditing BPCA's annual financial statements, reviewing interim financial statements, issuing audit reports and opinion letters, and providing related advisory services such as internal controls reporting and compliance reviews. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewal terms. Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, Women-Owned Business Enterprises, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
