Description
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) invites proposals to furnish supervision, labor, materials, and equipment (excluding services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specified in the contract documents) and perform all operations required for waste transportation and disposal. The contractor will provide or arrange for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, laboratory facilities, transportation vehicles, fuels, tolls, highway use taxes, insurance (including environmental liability insurance), spill prevention control and countermeasure equipment and materials, and all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals to manage waste from their points of generation within New York State (including New York City) to the points of ultimate disposition of all waste components. The contract term is 5 years and the location is statewide in New York.
