Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks legal services to assist the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Utah in evaluating and pursuing litigation related to the Temu Investigation and Litigation. The litigation concerns alleged violations of data privacy and consumer protection laws by PDD Holdings, Inc., f/k/a Pinduoduo, Inc., and Whaleco, Inc., d/b/a Temu. The contract will continue until the conclusion of litigation, including all appeals, or until a final determination is made by the OAG not to pursue litigation further. Legal services may be provided in Utah and other locations, and the contract involves a contingent fee plus reimbursement of authorized costs and expenses.
