Description
This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Emergency Contingency Contract(s) to provide Personal Care Services to the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) for use during an emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Louisiana. The services include providing qualified Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and Personal Care Attendant Supervisor (PCAS) staff to assist individuals who are unable to attend to their own personal care needs while in shelters. The contract period begins with the date of award and ends April 30, 2027, with options to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor is responsible for staffing shelters, providing personal protective equipment, and coordinating with medical staff and LDH ESF personnel.
