The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (NVRC) is seeking proposals from qualified advertising firms to provide advertising sales and management services for its arena facilities. The successful proponent will act as an agent for NVRC to sell, coordinate, install, and maintain approved advertising placements on rink board panels and wallboards at two NVRC-operated arenas: Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre and Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre.
