Description

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food intends to establish a Standing Arrangement with one or more Contractors for up to four qualified Delegates to provide adjudicative services on an as-and-if requested basis. These Delegates will conduct hearings and issue written decisions related to disputed allegations of non-compliance under the applicable regulatory framework. The Delegates will operate under the authority of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act, conducting hearings and issuing decisions on disputed allegations.
