The City of Richmond is inviting qualified engineering consulting firms to prequalify for providing consulting services on an as-needed basis for various civil, diking and flood protection, drainage pump station, and sanitary pump station projects. The prequalification will enable firms to participate in subsequent requests for proposals or other procurement processes for these services. The prequalification list will be valid for a three-year term from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029.
