The Société de transport de Montréal is seeking to procure two solutions: a SMS broadcasting platform accessible via a REST Web API with a web management and configuration portal, and a SMS/MMS chat platform provided as SaaS with an ergonomic web interface. The platforms must handle a minimum of 2000 chat messages per day and 70,000 SMS messages per day with a speed of 100 SMS/sec. The contract duration is 48 months with two additional 12-month options.
