Description

The Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA), on behalf of the Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC), is seeking proposals to develop and/or update examinations administered by the JBCC. The scope includes psychometric evaluation, technical guidance, item review, and exam administration. The JBCC licenses and regulates Court Reporters, Court Interpreters, Guardians, and Process Servers, and anticipates administering an examination assessing general professional knowledge for Process Servers. The contract service period begins September 1, 2026, and ends in 2027, with a possible one-year extension. Compensation will be based on negotiated cost schedules tied to deliverables and milestones.
