The goverment is seeking a company to provide heavy lift crane rental services, certified crane operators, and specialized rigging equipment to execute the tandem lift extraction of a partially sunken Navy Standard intermediate causeway Side Loadable Warping Tug (SLWT) barge located at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain.
