The U.S. Embassy invites you to submit your lowest price to provide HVAC and Electrical Power Generation and Transmission Training at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India. Please email your quotation, along with the project bar chart, to newdelhibids@state.gov no later than 1400 hours (Delhi, India time) on August 6, 2026.

No quotations shall be accepted after 1700 hrs. (India Time) on August 6, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotations submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt with in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
