The U.S. Embassy New Delhi, under the Office of Facility Management, is soliciting a contract for technical skill training in HVAC and Electrical Power Generation & Transmission for its Locally Employed staff. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy New Delhi, Office of Facility Management - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Technical skill training courses for approximately 30 staff per week - Training topics: Electrical Power Generation & Switchgear, HVAC systems, and practical troubleshooting - Three-week program (40 hours/week), with all training materials, assessments, and reports included - Trainers must have at least 10 years of technical training experience and relevant certifications - Contractor to provide all labor, materials, travel, and accommodation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Training must be delivered on-site at the U.S. Embassy New Delhi - All training materials, quizzes, final assessments, and performance reports are required - Payment milestones are tied to training deliverables and assessments - Training must be completed within 40 working days after notice to proceed, scheduled between July and December - Estimated contract value is around $75,000

The U.S. Embassy invites you to submit your lowest price to provide HVAC and Electrical Power Generation and Transmission Training at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India. Please email your quotation, along with the project bar chart, to newdelhibids@state.gov no later than 1400 hours (Delhi, India time) on August 6, 2026.

No quotations shall be accepted after 1700 hrs. (India Time) on August 6, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotations submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt with in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
