The U.S. Air Force's 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) is seeking information from vendors for a specialized prefabricated hazardous material building for the 15th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to manufacturers of prefabricated steel hazardous material buildings - Products/Services Requested: - One prefabricated, weatherproof steel Waste Accumulation Point building - Engineered for 120 mph wind resistance - Dimensions: 26-28 ft width, max 10 ft depth - Three rooms with 2-hour fire-rated walls and partitions - Hurricane-proof doors (two double and one single or three double doors), opening outward - Steel access ramps (54 inches wide) - Galvanized steel grating flooring with 6-inch deep spill containment sump and drain port - Explosion-proof interior electrical components and lighting - Climate control system with explosion-proof exhaust fan - Exterior NEMA-rated load center box and static grounding system - Integrated dry chemical fire suppression system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Building must be delivered to Hawaii, either assembled or disassembled - Must withstand hurricane conditions and include advanced safety features (fire suppression, spill containment, explosion-proof electrical) - Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience and shipping capabilities

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.  This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.  Furthermore, the Air Force is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense.  Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.

Description: The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam is seeking vendors interested in providing a prefabricated hazardous material building to incude an installed fire suppression system.
