The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, part of the Department of State, is seeking a vendor to provide a complete modular scaffolding system for preventive maintenance at the Cooling Tower Area of the New Embassy Compound Facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Mexico City - Products/Services Requested: - Complete modular scaffolding system - For preventive maintenance at cooling tower area - All components must be brand new, free from defects, corrosion, deformation, cracks, missing parts, or any damage affecting safe use - Must meet or exceed minimum technical, safety, dimensional, and documentation requirements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs, brands, or proprietary systems are required or mentioned - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Open to any manufacturer as long as technical and safety standards are met - Detailed specifications and requirements will be provided in the forthcoming RFQ - All scaffolding must be suitable for embassy facility use and comply with relevant safety standards

The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when its available.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City - Facility Management Office (FAC), requires a vendor that can supply a complete modular scaffolding system to support preventive maintenance (PM) activities at the Cooling Tower Area on the New Embassy Compound Facilities. The system shall provide safe access for maintenance personnel and shall be suitable for exterior mechanical equipment areas. 

The Government is not requiring an specific brand, manufacturer or proprietary system. Any proposed product shall meet or exceed the minimum technical, safety, dimensional and documentation requirements.

All components must be brand new and in serviceable condition, free from defects, corrosion, deformation, cracks, missing parts, or damage that could affect safe use.

Full specifications, technical and delivery requirements will be provided in the RFQ upon solicitation launch.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
