Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.   This is a request for quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25026Q0782. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting quotes from all sources to supply the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center with the Cox8 Table with Thoracic Drop and Standard Base. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement.   1. Contract Title. Table-Chiropractic
  2. Background. This acquisition of the Cox8 Table is requested for the expansion of the Chiropractic service to the Delaware CBOC
  3. Scope. The Cox8 Chiropractic Table is a highly engineered flexion-distraction table designed specifically for spinal decompression and manipulation. It is used by specialists to treat conditions like herniated discs and spinal stenosis by relieving intradiscal pressure and gently stretching the spine.

All quoters shall submit the following: A completed schedule with pricing, adequate documentation detailing the capabilities of the product. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
