(sole source vendor) - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) DN Solutions DNM 6700 (4th Generation) 3-Axis Vertical Machining Center - Includes: FANUC 0i-Plus Control, 30-tool automatic tool changer, BIG-PLUS CAT40 tool shank, 15,000 rpm spindle, through spindle coolant, chip conveyor, LNS FOX HM2-700 mist collector, Samchully S-250F4 4-axis NC rotary table, 10 3-jaw manual chuck and tailstock, Renishaw OTS-AA and OMP60 probes, calibration tools, 4th axis cabling, air/coolant guns - Operator/Programmer Training for up to six personnel (minimum two consecutive eight-hour days at customer facility) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Sole source to Ellison Technologies Inc. - Equipment must comply with OSHA and NFPA standards, noise limits, and be free of hazardous materials - Technical manuals and certifications required - Supply chain traceability documentation required - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for non-COTS items - Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, inspection and acceptance at destination - Electronic invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)

SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS

DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure,  DNM 6700 4TH GENERATION

   manufactured in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation will be issued as; UNRESTRICED commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.

Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.

All responsible sources interested in submitting offers must:

2)Provide cage code.

2) Complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation.

3) Provide manufacturer information of proposed items.

4) Return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, signed.

5) Ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).

6) Included lead time for delivery (please quote FOB destination).

In order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

 Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
