Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing the effort described herein pursuant to RFO part 10, Market Research and RFO part 19, Small Business Programs. This is for planning purposes only.

Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response.

1. INTRODUCTION

This is the initial step in the planning process for Sports Officials at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB), Texas.

The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) at Dyess AFB seeks sources to provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish qualified sports officiating and scorekeeping services for the 7th Force Support Squadron (7 FSS) intramural and varsity sports programs at Dyess AFB, Texas. The contractor shall meet the standards in this contract, this includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all tasks under the contract.

7 CONS anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a singular award. The NAICS code is anticipated to be 711219 (Other Spectator Sports) with a Product Service Code (PSC) of G003 (Social - Recreational). The applicable Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $16.5M.

2. INSTRUCTIONS

All businesses capable of meeting the requirements listed per the attached item list are invited to respond electronically. All responses shall include the following:

a. Capabilities Statement: Shall include company name, address, Unique Entity ID (UEI), CAGE code, point of contact with email address, and telephone number. b. Business Size & Socio-Economic Categories: Identify your business size and any additional socio-economic categories (e.g., Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 711219 with the $16.5M size standard. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. c. Intent to Quote: A positive statement of intent to Quote as a prime contractor. d. Contract Vehicles: Any current government contract vehicles (e.g., GSA MAS, professional services schedules) that may be utilized to procure this requirement. e. Submission Limit: Statements of Capabilities are limited to 5 pages and must clearly demonstrate the capability to provide the required officiating and scorekeeping services.
