Description

The University of Houston is seeking a firm to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to renovate Eric's Restaurant into Eric's Restaurant & Bar and Outdoor Patio. The renovation will be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 9 AM CT at the Hilton Hotel – University of Houston. Failure to attend this meeting will result in disqualification. Responses must be submitted through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
