Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

The Defense Health Agency Global Emerging Infections Surveillance program office (DHA GEIS) and Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) requires a contract for hosting services for DHIS2, support services, and annual end-user training. The government intends to award a sole-source contract to BAO Systems LLC, 2900 K St NW Suite 506 Washington, DC 20007.

DHACA PS-CD requires: DHIS2 Implementation and Hosting Services. Hosting Services (DHIS2 and “Learn Moodle”): set up, hosting and maintenance of DHIS2 software on a designated number of servers, system monitoring and alerts, BAO Manager console access, system and infrastructure recommendations and guidance Support Services: Service hours for ad hoc backups, configuration guidance, application and database troubleshooting, database importing, end user support, , troubleshooting upgrades, version recommendations. Annual Training: virtual training on relevant administrative functions, data entry, analytic processes, and/or data export.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by closing of this notification of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
