The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWC Philadelphia), under the Department of the Navy and NAVSEA, is seeking a sole source procurement for an Ejector Pump Controller from RockWell Automation Inc. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division - OEM Highlight: - RockWell Automation Inc. is the specified and sole OEM for this procurement - Products/Services Requested: - Ejector Pump Controller - Part number: 0001 (as referenced in the solicitation) - Quantity: 1 unit - Must include DoD unique item identification per DFARS 252.211-7003 - Vendor Requirements: - Only authorized resellers of RockWell Automation may submit quotes - An authorized reseller letter is required with all quotes - Additional Details: - Pricing must include shipping to NSWC Philadelphia - All items must be quoted as described in section B of the RFQ - Procurement will use FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Delivery is required by the specified date to NSWC Philadelphia - Compliance with Buy American Act and small business program representations is required

Description

NSWCPD has a requirement to purchase (1) Ejector Pump Controller on a sole source basis to RockWell Automation Inc.

The part number for the monitors are located in the RFQ in the CLIN description. 

Please see the RFQ for more details. All part numbers are provided in the description section of each line. All quotes must have all items referrenced in section B. If the quote does not provide what is being asked for in the RFQ, your quote will be disqualified.   

If your quote does not match the Line item description in the RFQ,  your quote will not be considered or accepted. 

Authorized reseller letter is required

MUST BE AUTHORIZED RESELLER. DO NOT QUOTE IF YOU AREN"T. If you are not an authorized reseller your quote will not be accepted. .

All pricing should include the cost of shipping, as this order will be FFP utilizing FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please include with your Quotation at least one of the following:

-Published Price List -Past Navy Invoices with the Same or similar Items -Past Industry Invoices with the same or Similar Items

All responses are due by Wednesday July 27th, 2026 2:00 PM EST
