Description

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food intends to establish a Standing Arrangement with one or more Contractors for up to four qualified Delegates to provide adjudicative services on an as-and-if requested basis. These Delegates will conduct hearings and issue written decisions related to disputed allegations of non-compliance under the applicable regulatory framework. The Delegates will operate under the authority of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act.
