The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) intends to enter into an agreement with one or multiple vendors to provide leadership development and coaching services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify the best overall solution through a competitive process. FNHA prioritizes proponents with strong capabilities in coaching services for leadership growth, program design informed by delivery experience, and leadership development program delivery including workshops and cohort-based learning grounded in trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches.
