The City of Richmond invites qualified engineering consulting firms to prequalify for providing consulting services on an as-needed basis for various civil, diking and flood protection, drainage pump station, and sanitary pump station projects. The prequalification list will be effective for three years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) aims to establish a list of qualified parties for participation in future procurement processes for these services.
