Description

The City of Chula Vista is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a commercially available off-the-shelf hosted software solution. The solution will support the review, organization, redaction, and production of email records and other electronically stored information related to the City's California Public Records Act response workflows and legal/administrative review processes. The software must manage large volumes of electronic communications, support workflows including ingestion, search, culling, review, redaction, and export/production of records, and integrate with the City's Public Records Request software or include a built-in request tracking and management module. The contract term is three years with four optional one-year renewals.
