Description

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department is seeking proposals for accredited water quality laboratory testing, analysis, and reporting services to support drinking water compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting to the California Division of Drinking Water. The selected provider will perform analytical testing, coliform testing, heterotrophic plate count bacteria analysis, and provide all required reporting including electronic data delivery. The agreement term is initially two years with possible renewal, and providers must demonstrate current ELAP and TNI accreditation. Proposals are due by August 26, 2026, and will be evaluated based on experience, approach, team qualifications, cost, and compliance.
