Description

The City of Vista is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms or teams to provide professional services for two traffic signal locations: N. Santa Fe Avenue & Angeles Vista Drive and S. Santa Fe Avenue & Santa Anita Drive. The scope includes design surveying, underground utility survey, geotechnical investigation, engineering, electrical design, roadway design, striping, construction staking, construction material testing, and construction support. The project is scheduled for completion and contract award in late 2026. Proposals must include a complete proposal, fee proposal, bid bond, and W-9.
