Description

The procurement is for mechanized variable retention treatment on 8.5 hectares of forested land in 4 separate fuel abatement blocks located in the Mary Lake Shaded Fuelbreak west of the Mary Lake Subdivision in Whitehorse. This is a second stage procurement following a Request for Qualifications process for mechanized and non-mechanized fuel management treatment services. Only bidders pre-qualified through the RFQ process or subsequent onboarding can submit a bid. The project is within the traditional territory of Kwanlin Dün First Nation and Ta'an Kwach’än Council. Bids must be submitted online by August 6, 2026.
