Description

The Government of Alberta is seeking submissions from qualified respondents to provide Design-Build services for two new schools in NW Calgary as part of the 2025 School Capital Announcement. The project includes a new K–4 school in Nolan Hill and a new 5–9 school in Sherwood. The project is at the 30% Design Development stage with a delivery timeline of approximately 36 months after contract award, including a one-year warranty period.
