The US Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Tinker AFB is seeking information from industry for a potential 10-year contract to support propulsion test cell requirements for multiple engine types. - Government Buyer: - US Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), AFLCMC/LPSID, Tinker AFB - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; vendors must be USAF-approved for engine test cells - Products/Services Requested: - Annual supply of engine test stand support equipment for: - F100 engines (2 per year) - F110 engines (2 per year) - J85 engines (1 per year) - T56 engines (1 per year) - Equipment includes: control cabs, ADAQ (data acquisition), thrust stands, fuel systems, oil preservation kits, mechanical kits, calibration kits, engine adaptor kits, environmental protection kits, test cell enclosure kits, and other test stand equipment - Services include: installation, maintenance, modification, design, consultation, site survey, 12-month storage and preservation per test cell, support travel, maintenance service agreement (including data acquisition system inspection and remote support), engine test cell repair and modification, demonstration and familiarization, and data management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be Top Secret qualified or able to obtain Top Secret clearance - Proof of capability to produce and install engine test cells and support equipment is required - Ability to provide ongoing maintenance and modification services as detailed in the Draft Performance Work Statement

This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations/requests for proposals.

AFLCMC/LPSID, Tinker AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation in January 2027 for the propulsion test cell requirements in support of F100, F110, J85, & T56 engines. Sources being sought are restricted to NAICS code 336412/336413 PCS/FSC code J028/2840. Sources being sought are not restricted to small business. 

The US Air Force is potentially seeking to award a 10-year contract structured as one, five-year Basic with one three-year option, and one, two-year option to a source capable of producing. Vendor must be USAF approved vendor for engine test cells. Proof they can produce engine test cells to include support equipment installation, maintenance services, modification and design, consultation, and site survey as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. 

*Sources must be Top Secret qualified or be capable of getting Top Secret qualified
