Description

Hillsborough County intends to award a sole source contract to TSC Jacobs, Inc. for the purchase of water and wastewater parts, repairs, and related maintenance services for Water Resources. The contract duration is five years with an estimated value of $4,934,870. TSC Jacobs, Inc. is the sole authorized provider of OEM-certified parts and repair services necessary to maintain critical equipment and ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability at the County's water, reclaimed water, and wastewater facilities. The procurement is made under the County's Procurement Policy Section 3-205(2)(e) due to the sole authorized representative status of TSC Jacobs, Inc.
