Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain fatty acids from Indonesia for the period January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The investigation is conducted under section 701 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and the final determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination for the same product.
