The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting an extension without change of a previously approved information collection related to U.S. Official Order Forms for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances (DEA Form 222). This collection supports the closed system of distribution for controlled substances as established by the Controlled Substances Act. The DEA estimates that 114,989 registrants participate in this collection, with an average response time of 6.19 minutes per response.
