Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision pertains to previously approved, source-specific reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements for the Equitrans, Inc. Hartson Compressor Station in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
