The City of Melfort is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build teams for the design and construction of a new Public Works Equipment Storage Building at the City’s Public Works Compound in Melfort, Saskatchewan. The project includes detailed design, professional engineering services, construction drawings, permits, and complete construction of an insulated, heated, and electrified facility to accommodate large municipal equipment. The existing 40 ft. x 80 ft. concrete slab is intended to remain where feasible and must be assessed for potential reuse. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2026, and proposals are due by August 7, 2026.
