Description

The City of Bothell is soliciting bids for the demolition of 9 existing park structures and the removal and disposal of hazardous materials at the Former Wayne Golf Course (Front and Back 9 – Schedule A), and the North Creek Forest (Schedule B). The project is divided into two schedules (A–B) for bidding purposes. The project duration is 50 working days. An optional site visit is scheduled for July 21, 2026, and bids are due by July 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
