This project is issued solely for contractor prequalification for the purchase of custom furniture (FF&E) for the new four-story Technology and Health Building at Mt. San Antonio College. The building consolidates programs into a 273,000 sq ft facility supporting 10 departments and 26 programs, emphasizing flexible, durable, modern furniture design with a focus on sustainability and domestic sourcing. Contractors are evaluated based on qualifications, experience, licensing, and ability to perform the scope of work. Only prequalified contractors approved by Mt. San Antonio College will be invited to participate in the main solicitation. The contract term is estimated to be three years starting November 1, 2026.
