Requirement: The Government requires the procurement of diving services in singapore. Based on market research, the Government believes TOLL REMOTE LOGISTICS USA INC is the sole source capable of fulfilling this requirement. This determination is detailed in supporting Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A).
Statutory Authority: This procurement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
