This solicitation is a request for proposal for vehicle repair services related to hailstorm damage for City-owned vehicles. The selected contractor(s) will provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to repair vehicles, including hail damage repair, paintless dent repair, conventional body repair, panel replacement, painting and refinishing, glass replacement, trim replacement, and other related repairs. Each vehicle will have a repair description prepared or approved by the City. The deadline for proposal submission is August 14, 2026.
