Description

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking an engineering firm experienced with survey, design, permitting, and construction services for the Wrightsville Beach Waterline Replacement project. The project involves constructing approximately 2,100 linear feet of new 16-inch water main along Pelican Drive to replace the existing 8-inch asbestos cement water line along Salisbury Street, while keeping the existing water main active during construction. The selected consultant will provide engineering services including design, permitting, survey, utility locating, preparation of bidding documents, and construction phase support.
