Description
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide food waste composting collection, transportation, processing, and related services for residential food waste drop-off locations within the Town. The scope includes collection services, provision of compost containers, bin cleaning, compostable liners, transportation to a permitted commercial composting facility, compost processing, site cleanliness, and reporting.
