Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of approximately 225 feet of existing 12-inch stormwater pipe between two manholes. The work includes excavation, installation of new corrugated and concrete piping, backfill, compaction, and restoration of affected asphalt, concrete, and lawn areas. The contractor is also required to provide temporary construction fencing and dispose of all removed piping, debris, and excess fill. An alternate includes removing and stump-grinding up to five trees and removing one additional stump.
