Description

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), is seeking Statements of Qualifications to hire key staff for Construction Management services on the AAC Roosevelt Pinehurst Way NE project. The project involves pavement preservation work including a 2-inch asphalt mill and overlay on Roosevelt Way and Pinehurst Way NE between NE 92nd St and 15th Ave NE, aiming to extend pavement lifespan by 10 to 20 years. The scope includes base repairs, ADA curb ramps, stormwater drainage improvements, striping and signal loop restoration, and final surfacing course, with additional improvements to be identified during the Complete Streets planning process. The estimated contract value is $11 million, with construction scheduled from December 2026 to January 2028 and closeout through June 2028. Funding is provided by Federal (FHWA), Washington State Department of Transportation, and other federal sources.
