Bay County Board of County Commissioners in Florida is seeking proposals for the deployment of 30 prefabricated concrete polyhedral artificial reef modules offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. Each module must weigh at least 4,000 pounds and have a height between 15 and 25 feet. Qualified bidders must be registered with the Department of State per Florida Statutes, have relevant project experience within the past 5 years, and not be on the state debarment list. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2024, with submissions due electronically or by sealed paper to the Purchasing Department.
