Description

The City of Sebring is soliciting qualifications from qualified individuals or engineering firms to provide engineering and related services for the SAHM CWSRF Projects 1-4. These projects involve planning, design, and construction to harden wastewater treatment infrastructure, including influent hardening, effluent treatment and discharge resiliency improvements, sludge dewatering and processing, and city-wide wastewater gravity collection system rehabilitation. The contract includes engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, periodic construction observation, project management, and related services. The City has been awarded a State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection SRF grant, and procurement will follow related grant requirements.
