Description

This addendum pertains to the Installation of Whitney Park in the Town of Ludlow, Massachusetts. The Town clarifies that the Department of Public Works (DPW) will remove and dispose of all existing park equipment. The selected contractor is responsible for providing labor, equipment, and supervision to set and install all new equipment, as well as maintaining safety fencing and site protection. The Town will furnish all equipment and wood chips, while the contractor must remove existing wood chips, install new wood chips, remove and dispose of existing footings, and restore the site upon completion. The contractor must also obtain all required permits and insurance prior to mobilization, and work hours are limited to 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
