Description

The City of Homestead intends to award a sole source contract for proprietary software licensing, maintenance, technical support, software updates, implementation services, and related professional services for the City's existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Energy Management System (EMS), and Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). The contract will support the City's Monarch SCADA platform to ensure continued operation, reliability, security, and performance. The sole source vendor is Open Systems International, Inc. d/b/a AspenTech Digital Grid Management (Emerson). Responses are due by July 22, 2026.
