Description

This solicitation is for the development of alternative-to-placement and aftercare services for youth ages 12 to 18 involved in the juvenile justice system in New York City. The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) seeks experienced providers to deliver evidence-based interventions, including Multisystemic Therapy, to support youth recommended for out-of-home placement or transitioning back to the community. The goal is to reduce residential placements, recidivism, and improve youth and family functioning.
