The County of Santa Clara Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD) is seeking qualified providers to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services through the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BH-Connect). MST is an intensive, evidence-based, family- and community-based treatment model designed to address serious behavioral health needs among youth at risk of out-of-home placement, justice system involvement, school disengagement, or hospitalization. Services include comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, crisis response, caregiver engagement, and coordination with schools, probation, child welfare, and other community partners to support stabilization and improved outcomes for youth and families. The County seeks proposals demonstrating an impactful, evidence-based approach to delivering MST services while maximizing positive outcomes through efficient, cost-effective use of resources consistent with MST model fidelity requirements.
