This opportunity seeks vendors to provide parts and labor for upfitting a variety of city vehicles for the Cleveland Department of Port Control. - Government Buyer: - City of Cleveland, Division of Purchases & Supplies (Department of Port Control) - Products and Services Requested: - Upfitting of passenger vehicles, SUVs, light to heavy-duty trucks (up to class 6), commercial, and emergency vehicle chassis - Installation of: - Front end snow plows (straight and vee configurations) - Service bodies, flat, dump, and stake bodies - Van and delivery truck interiors and accessories - Liftgates - Back racks - Emergency/conspicuity lighting - Labor for installation and upfitting - Requirements: - Bidders must provide catalogs and brands for each build type - Warranty coverage statements required - Labor rates must be specified - Indicate availability of chassis pickup/delivery and installation facilities within 50 miles of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport - All component parts and support must be available for offered product lines - No specific OEMs or brands are named; bidders are expected to propose their own offerings - Contract is limited to preapproved quotes, not to exceed $49,999.99 or one year

This solicitation is for parts and labor necessary for upfitting various types of vehicles including passenger vehicles, SUVs, light to heavy-duty trucks up to class 6, commercial, and emergency vehicle chassis for the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control. Typical upfits include installation of front end snow plows, service bodies, flat, dump and stake bodies, van and delivery truck interiors and accessories, liftgates, back racks, and emergency/conspicuity lighting. Bidders must provide a list of available catalogs/brands, warranty coverage statements, labor rates, and indicate if they offer chassis pickup and delivery services and maintain installation facilities within 50 miles of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The contract work is to be performed under preapproved quotes and shall not exceed $49,999.99 or one year.
