Description

This solicitation is for parts and labor necessary for upfitting various types of vehicles including passenger vehicles, SUVs, light to heavy-duty trucks up to class 6, commercial, and emergency vehicle chassis for the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control. Typical upfits include installation of front end snow plows, service bodies, flat, dump and stake bodies, van and delivery truck interiors and accessories, liftgates, back racks, and emergency/conspicuity lighting. Bidders must provide a list of available catalogs/brands, warranty coverage statements, labor rates, and indicate if they offer chassis pickup and delivery services and maintain installation facilities within 50 miles of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The contract work is to be performed under preapproved quotes and shall not exceed $49,999.99 or one year.
